- Moong dal – 1/2 cup
- Rice – 1/4 cup
- Green coriander – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
- Salt – more than 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
- Green chilly – 1
- Cardia Life Oil – for roasting dosa
Method to great health:
- Soak green gram in water for 3-4 hours.
- Clean, wash and soak rice in water for same duration.
- Rub the dal thoroughly to remove its skin.
- Strain dal and rice. Coarsely ground them. Add green chilly and water to grind and make the batter.
- Mix salt and green coriander in the batter.
- Roast the Dosa with Cardia Life Fit & Serve it hot!
- Serve it with Peanut Chutney or Tomato Chutney
