250g – Paneer
100 g – Mint
1 small bunch – Coriander leaves
4-5 – Green chillies, as per taste
1 small piece – Ginger
4-5 flakes – Garlic
1/2 cup – Curd
1/2 tsp – Red chilli powder
1-2 tsp – Lemon juice
1-2 tsp – Cardia Life Oil
Salt to taste.
1)Cut the paneer into cubes and keep aside.
2)Make a paste of the mint, coriander, curd, green chillies, ginger, lemon and salt in a mixer.
3)Then marinate the paneer in this paste for 5 minutes.
4)Heat Cardia Life oil in a pan, saute the chopped garlic and red chilli powder until it turns brown in color and add the marinated paneer with the paste.
5)Cook on a low flame until the paneer is well coated and the gravy thickens.
