Bread Poha

Ingredients : 

8 slices bread- brown
10 leaves curry leaves
1 medium finely chopped capsicum ( green pepper)
2 medium chopped green chilli
1/2 teaspoon urad dal
1 pinch powdered turmeric
2 pinches red chilli powder
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoon Cardia Life oil
1 large onion
1 large chopped tomato
3 tablespoon raw peanuts
2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon chana dal
2 pinches salt
2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 finely chopped red peppers

Method – 
Step 1
To prepare this easy Bread Poha recipe, cut the bread slices into square pieces. Then take another pan and add Cardia Life in it. Once the oil is sufficiently hot, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Wait for the mustard seeds to splutter. Then add peanuts and roast them for a minute or so.
Step 2
Then add chana dal and urad dal. Cook the dals for a minute on moderate flame and keep stirring. To this mixture, add onion and stir for a minute. Then add chopped tomatoes and green chillies. Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix all these ingredients properly
Step 3
Now add chopped red and green capsicum. Keep the flame to medium and cook for a minute or two. Then add bread squares to this mixture. Sprinkle few drops of water in the pan, so that bread gets evenly coated with the vegetable mixture.
Step 4
Once done, switch off the gas and transfer the poha in a serving bowl. Add lemon juice, sugar and coriander leaves. Mix well and serve hot to your family and friends.
